Rental Period
- The rental period shall commence on the date the instrument is issued and end on the agreed return date.
- Any extension must be requested in writing and approved before expiry of the original rental period.
- Late returns may attract additional rental charges.
Rental Charges
- Rental fees shall be charged as agreed daily.
- Rental fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional days beyond the agreed period will be charged at the prevailing daily rate.
Condition of Equipment
- All instruments are issued in good working condition and calibrated where applicable.
- The renter is responsible for verifying the condition of the instrument at the time of collection.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Care, Loss, and Damage
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.
- Any loss, theft, or damage (beyond normal wear and tear) shall be charged to the renter at repair or replacement cost.
- Instruments must be stored and handled in a safe and secure environment.
Return of Equipment
- Equipment must be returned clean, complete, and in the same condition as issued (fair wear and tear excepted).
- Accessories, cables, probes, and manuals must be returned together with the instrument.
